Important information for applicants

Moto-Ward only sells to bonafide powersports equipment retailers. Dealer applicants must have a permanent place of business that is open to customers on a daily basis, and be in the primary business of selling powersports equipment or their accessories.

Motorcycle / ATV sales, repair and accessory stores in South Africa are the backbone of our trade and Moto-Ward will uphold the right of dealer price protection. We are always receptive to any information about false dealers and we are willing to act on these leads. Moto-Ward has and always will support the legitimate dealer. We realise that qualifying for Moto-Ward dealer pricing may require some additional effort from your side. We feel, however, that this is the most effective way to qualify dealers and to help prevent your customers from getting your dealer pricing.

To qualify for dealer pricing we must receive ALL of the following documents from your company:

1. A completed Moto-Ward Dealer Application Form.
2. Your VAT Certificate copy.
3. A photo of your shop front showing your signage.
4. A copy of your letterhead or business card.
5. Copy of your ID document.

Please note:
Having a Moto-Ward dealer price list in your possession does not automatically qualify your company for the dealer price level.
